QRKey connects businesses, taxi passengers, and drivers through QR code-based promotional offers. Our platform enables businesses to reach customers through taxi-based advertising while providing value to passengers and earnings opportunities for drivers.

By using QRKey, you agree to these terms and our commitment to transparent, fair business practices.

2. For Businesses

• You provide accurate business information and valid offers
• Payment is due only for verified customer interactions
• You honor all promotional offers presented through QRKey
• You may pause or modify campaigns with 24-hour notice
• We provide transparent reporting on all campaign metrics

3. For Passengers

• QRKey is free to use - no hidden costs or subscriptions
• No personal data collection beyond offer redemption
• Offers are valid as displayed at time of scanning
• One offer per QR code scan per person
• You present offers in good faith to participating businesses

4. For Drivers

• Earnings are paid monthly for verified scans
• QRKey materials must be displayed as provided
• You maintain professional conduct with passengers
• Participation is voluntary and can be terminated anytime
• We provide clear reporting on your earnings

5. Privacy & Data

QRKey operates on privacy-first principles. We collect minimal data necessary for service operation and never sell personal information to third parties.

6. Service Availability

QRKey is currently launching in Kraków, Poland, with plans for expansion across Poland and Europe. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to local regulations.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

QRKey facilitates connections between businesses and customers but is not responsible for the quality of goods, services, or business practices of participating merchants. All transactions are between users and businesses directly.
